Photography portrait commission: Tom Kitchin for The Telegraph Magazine

The Telegraph Magazines asked me to photograph Tom Kitchin and some of his dishes - so exciting to meet one of today's culinary icons! The famous Scottish cook has opened a new restaurant where he will be working with local suppliers - so we photographed him with Welch Fishmongers, who supply fish to the new restaurant, at Newhaven harbour. The article needed plenty of context so also pictures of the surroundings and details.
