The wonderful world of Scottish hand weaver James Donald of PickOne

When making short films we get to meet some engaging individuals, and one of the best is artisanal hand weaver James Donald, who’s painstaking and intricate work, sold under his brand PickOne, gives a modern take on a traditional Scottish cottage industry.

We created a whole series of videos for James, including a complete handweaving course in 13 parts for his students, who come from all over the world.
